Same two old ladies down the road. Beef Noodles. Beef can’t be seen, but is large, fatty chunks, meant more for flavoring than consumption. The dish is fantastic.
To be honest, we had no idea what this was. We got it from two old ladies down the street. It may be pork, and that may be hoisin sauce on the side. They didn’t laugh as we ate it and we didn’t get sick, so everyone went home happy.
